Paro Tshechu Festival - 7 Days

Held every spring in Paro Dzong, the Paro Tshechu is one of Bhutan’s most popular festivals. Locals gather in their best attire to witness sacred cham dances, receive blessings, and celebrate Guru Rinpoche’s legacy. The highlight is the unfurling of the giant Thongdrel (sacred scroll painting) at dawn, believed to cleanse sins.
